Most of the events are scheduled for Saturday, February 12, but there are more throughout the month, so use this list to plan ahead!
Vancouver Olympic Anniversary Events in February
The free 10-day festival includes a Lantern Processional, an elaborate Lantern Aquarium in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery, concerts and more.
Illuminate Yaletown first lit up the neighbourhood during the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games; this year's free two-day event is an entertainment-filled street party featuring spectacular light installations from local artists.
During the Olympics, Robson Square was always packed with revelers and this year should be no different. Along with the free ice skating, there will be music and live entertainment all day, plus a chance to meet Canuck's Mascot Fin and Canadian 2010 Olympians.

Free family fun--including cake, Olympic-themed games, kids crafts and more--is on at the Creekside Community Centre and the Kerrisdale Community Centre.
Granville Street will close between Smithe and Dunsmuir for an Olympic street party that includes street hockey, buskers and the LunarFest Procession.
Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games torchbearers, VANOC volunteers and the public will come together for the first anniversary of the official lighting of the Olympic Cauldron at Jack Poole Plaza at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
20,000 people (and counting) on Facebook are planning a huge street party on Granville St. in downtown Vancouver to celebrate last year's Vancouver Olympics and Canadian Gold Medals. Remember what it was like last year?

Hey Dana! If you’d like to add it to your list, we’re honouring the Olympics this weekend with 24 Hours of Winter. There will even be a Torchlight Parade down the main Peak run!

Thanks, Dana!
Thanks for the tip! I updated the list with 24 Hours of Winter.
How much does it cost to attend “24 Hours of Winter Event Listing”?
Hey Leo,
I’d suspect that it would cost the regular air-tram costs to get up to the top of Grouse which I believe is about $40.
This would get you up and down the mountain to the lodge, where you could walk and probably enjoy the Hockey games and the stuff playing at the “Theatre in the sky”.
Then the ziplining, snowshoeing etc, would be the normal costs added on for them. The grouse mtn website lists the costs to do each activity on a normal day. The prices would probably be about the same.
That is my best guess.
