Poll! Holiday Shopping - Robson St. & Pacific Centre Mall

Tuesday December 2, 2008

Well it's official: The holiday shopping season has begun! And so has my multi-part series on holiday shopping in Vancouver...with polls!

First up: Downtown Vancouver's Robson Street and Pacific Centre Mall.

For many of us, at least one trip to Robson St. is de rigueur for holiday shopping. Yeah, it's crowded, and cold, and probably raining, but there's something so deliciously holiday about the shiny lights and bustling, downtown ambiance. Like shopping in a movie montage, where you emerge from store after store with more and more packages. To theme music.

One undeniably good thing about shopping at Robson's big international stores is that they (usually) have forgiving return policies, making it easier to shop for people whose taste/size you aren't sure of.

Plus, with the Pacific Centre Mall right there, if you get too cold, you can head indoors and find many of the same shops, plus electronics, music and that new(ish) H&M.

Shop Robson St. and Pacific Centre if you're looking for clothes, shoes, accessories, electronics, or gifts for the home.
